Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your Zone Pay Alert account and the data tied to it. Zone Pay Alert is made by Zone Pay Alert LLC.

Option 1: In the app

• Open Zone Pay Alert and sign in.
• Tap the profile icon, then tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Option 2: By email

If you can't get into the app, email support@zonepayalert.com from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account." We'll confirm once it's done. Don't send your password.

What gets deleted

• Your account: email address and password.
• Your reference point, zones, pay amounts and zone labels.

Data is removed from our active systems immediately and from our backups within 30 days. We keep only the limited records we're required to keep, such as the record that you accepted our Terms, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings so you aren't charged again.
